The Clark County chiropractic center that might have exposed numerous people to COVID-19 is officially a break out and under examination by two state companies. County health officials said Friday there are two”likely “cases of coronavirus connected to Chiro One Wellness Center, where a staffer was confirmed favorable Monday.
