Bensalem police are examining the murder of a chiropractic specialist who was found dead in his home office on Monday. Cops were initially contacted us to the 3100 block of Hulmeville Road, north of Street Road for a medical emergency situation and found 64-year-old James Sowa dead, according to a news release. Cops think he died Monday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Sowa lived at the home where he likewise operated his chiropractic practice.
An autopsy found Sowa suffered blunt force injury to the head and ruled the death a homicide, cops stated.
On Thursday morning, a patrol car was parked in the driveway of the home office, which sits in between a vacant workplace and an animal healthcare facility. Police tape might still be seen around the home.
