WASHINGTON, DC– Several people were shot in a northwest Washington, D.C. community early Sunday night. Metropolitan cops validated the shooting took place around 5 p.m. near 14th St. NW & & Spring Road NW in the Columbia Heights neighborhood.
An NBC Washington press reporter on Twitter stated one of the
victims, an adult man, has passed away. Authorities continued to look for three suspects in connection with the shooting after 6 p.m. They offered a description of them below.

July 19, 2020 An NBC-Washington report initially said s even individuals, all adults, were hospitalized in the shooting. A tweet from FOX-5 DC later on said there were 9 victims who were hospitalized.
This was before the death was reported. Authorities have been reached, however were not able to right away confirm details.
